Providing Reliable Resources
When we are in need of legal assistance or interventions, there are local Idaho Legal Aid or Area Agency on Aging offices available.
These offices can provide all of us with legal information and resources, but they focus on those who are 60 years or older and have the greatest economic and social needs. They help with legal issues concerning:
- Income
- Health Care and Long-term Care
- Nutrition
- Housing and Utilities
- Protective Services, Defense of Guardianship, Abuse, and Neglect
- Age Discrimination
Use the area map below to find the nearest provider. Also to the right are “Quick Tips” and “Resources” available to assist with finding reliable information and supports.
