Online Mandatory Reporting for Adult Protection & Long-term Care Programs

The Idaho Commission on Aging provides a secure Adult Protective Services (APS) online system for mandated reporters and financial institutions to report suspicions of abuse, neglect, self-neglect, and exploitation of vulnerable adults age 18 years and older.

APS mandated reporters and financial institutions may submit online Adult Protective Services reports here.

If you would like to make a report, but you are not a mandated reporter or financial institution, or would like to make an anonymous report, please call your local Area Agency on Aging.

Online reporting for Nursing Facility Discharge Notices is coming sooner!
