Helping Idahoans age with Safety, Dignity, and Health.
Idahoans are smart, hard working, and independent people. With the proper knowledge and skills older Idahoans and their families can chart a path to healthy aging that works for all involved. The Idaho Commission on Aging is here to help. We offer access to education and information to all, targeted services to those most at risk, and help to those in crisis.
Our education is designed to facilitate the necessary knowledge and skills to help keep older and disabled Idahoans living in their own communities for as long as possible.
All of our courses are FREE. Some courses and most videos will take you to sites other than ICOA’s. We have picked these sites carefully, but cannot control possible advertising content.
